I also have created a little something for everyone who watched my class at the Upcycling Sewing Summit. Planning out the size of your tote bag and more importantly, figuring out how big to cut your bag pieces, can be the most difficult and time consuming part of making these bags (and honestly, doing the math is my least favorite part of sewing). So I have created a FREE tote bag planning page!
All you have to do is click here to sign up for weekly (ish) updates from me and get the free planning page! It will come in a zipped file, in both US letter and A4 paper size, and includes space to write out how big you want your bag to be and all the calculations you need to figure out how big to cut your bag pieces.
